14th Annual NY Harvest Festival & Freedom Fair/Political Rally
October 10-13, 2008 at Camp Minglewood in Hancock, NY

 

Bunkhouses, Single and Duplex cabins are all still available!

PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE VENUE FOR CABIN RESERVATIONS.

Damn Sam is taking cabin rentals, and the venue does not have
any information about the festival or the cabins that we cannot provide you with. The landowners are not able to take our customers' info calls.

How do I rent a cabin?

1. Purchase tickets to the event by using PayPal. It's quick and easy and you don't need a PayPal account. Each ticket purchase comes with a reservation code, which you will need in order to rent a cabin. (One ticket minimum for each half of duplex cabins; one ticket for each single cabin; two ticket minimum for each half of a bunkhouse).

2. Contact Damn Sam! We will take your reservations. E-mail "info [at] damnsam [dot] com", or call 845.943.8879. You need a credit card for payment through PayPal. The venue is not taking reservations, nor are they taking info calls about the cabins.

What does a cabin feature? All of the cabins and bunkhouses are made for summer living so they are not heated but ALL HAVE: hot running water for the bathrooms, showers, electric and lights. The beds and bunks are unmade and ready for your comfy blankets and sheets. Please come prepared to move your stuff onto our shuttle because there are no cars allowed next to any cabins.

Prices are for the whole weekend (Oct.10-13)

Single (One double bed and bathroom with shower stall in your own private cabin) Two people maximum per cabin. SOLD OUT
Duplex (One double bed and bathroom with shower stall in one half of a cabin). Two people maximum per side.

Bunkhouse (15 bunk beds in each half with shared central bathroom that has four stalls, four showers and four sinks)
